UK Delivery Options :

• Standard delivery - approx 2-4 working days (FREE)
• Express delivery - approx 1-2 working days (£2.99)

During peak times there may be postal delays which may affect your delivery time by a few days.

International Delivery :

Yes, we do. 
• International tracked delivery - usually 7-10 working days (£6.99)
• Delivery on orders over £50 are FREE.

Please note : International customers who order from outside of the UK are responsible for all import customs charges that may apply.

Occasionally there can be delays in international shipping due to customs, etc, which are out of our control, the time frame above is a guide only. Also note potential delays during peak times, such as the holidays, which may affect your delivery time.

Sending As A Gift :

If your order is a gift, let us know and we'll make sure we remove any prices from the invoice.

For International Orders - Please be aware that any orders sent as a gift may still be subject to import customs fees. This is out of our control and the cost will vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for any fees that may apply.

Where Is My Order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. You will get an order when we do so.

• For UK Orders - If you haven't received your order after 10 working days of the dispatch date please get in touch with us on the below email.

• For International Orders - All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, please find your tracking reference code in the dispatch email we have sent you. Occasionally orders may be held up in customs which can cause a delay. If you haven't received your order after 4 weeks of the dispatch date please get in touch with us on the below email.

What's Your Returns Policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

• You have 14 days to notify us of your return or exchange from the date that you received your order. You then have a further 14 days to return your item to us.
• Your returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging (Please note: earrings are not returnable). 
• You can return your product for exchange or refund to the original payment method.
• If the item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange. 
• Incase your item goes missing in the post, please make sure you keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
• Please note: the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the item is faulty. Our items are sent via Royal Mail large letter, for UK returns please use the same service to in order to keep your return cost to a minimum as we do not cover this cost.

Can I Return Earrings?

Unfortunatly, earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons. Unused ear cuffs can be returned however, as these do not go through the skin.
