Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) via Royal Mail from our UK warehouse. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

 

Orders Placed Between 17th November 2025 - 5th January 2026 -

During the festive period, all orders will be sent via our tracked services:

• UK Standard Shipping via Royal Mail 48 Tracked - approx 2-3 business days - £1.99 or FREE on orders over £49.00
• UK Express Shipping via Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 1-2 business days - £2.99
• International Tracked Delivery - usually 7-10 working days (£9.99) or FREE on orders over £49.00

Please Note: During peak times there may be postal delays which may affect your delivery time by a few days. If you haven't received your order after 10 working days of the dispatch date please get in touch with us at info@riptide5.com.

 

UK Delivery Options (outside of the festive period) - 

• Standard delivery - approx 2-4 working days (£1.99)
• Express delivery - approx 1-2 working days (£2.99)
• FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 business days) delivery on orders over £49.00

International Delivery - 

• International tracked delivery - usually 7-10 working days (£9.99) or FREE delivery on orders over £49

Please note: International customers who order from outside of the UK are responsible for all import customs charges that may apply.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience customs delays, which are beyond our control. Our estimated delivery time is a guideline only. Additionally, during peak periods like holidays, delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at info@riptide5.com for assistance.


For Orders Marked As Gifts -

If your order is a gift, let us know and we'll make sure we remove any prices from the invoice.

For International Orders - Please be aware that any orders sent as a gift may still be subject to import customs fees. This is out of our control and the cost will vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for any fees that may apply.
