Our Returns Process:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


Please Note:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return or exchange of earrings (excluding ear cuffs) due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.


Our Refund Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 
  • You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your return or exchange. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us.
  • Please ensure that returned items are in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Items returned in an unsellable condition will be returned to the customer. (Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.)
  • You can return your item for either an exchange or a refund to your original payment method.
  • In case your item goes missing in the post, please make sure you keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
  • Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty. We recommend being mindful of the service you wish to select for your return to minimize costs, as we do not cover return postage.
